SUMMER CAMP DIRECTOR
Code Ninjas (www.codeninjas.com/fl-saint-johns) is a coding and stem learning center for kids ages 7-14. Summer Camps are incredibly fun and involve coding, technology, and creating games.
We are looking for a Summer Camp Director to work from May 28 thru August 2, to help manage the summer camps and STEM activities in St. Johns, FL. Prior to May 28, we will require some time from the candidate to train, for which you will be compensated. This could be a perfect job for a schoolteacher needing a summer gig. We need the candidate to have:
a strong teaching background, and experience working with kids and parents,
basic knowledge of technology,
coming up with and running STEM activities,
strong ability to orchestrate, infuse energy, and communicate effectively with staff and campers,
lots of creative energy and positive attitude,
being intuitive and aware of the situation is key,
being trainable and open-minded,
having personal & friendly relationships with parents,
coordinating & managing a staff of young adults running the camps,
maintaining the cleanliness of the center
Summer camps are SO much fun at Code Ninjas St. Johns. We want you to have a blast as well. We work as a team and treat each other like family.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour - depending on experience
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8AM - 5PM
