Job Responsibilities
* Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
* Commit to becoming an auto sales expert and gain in-depth knowledge of vehicles and technology
* Exhibit consultative selling skills. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
* Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles
* Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations
* Complete quotes and explain financing/leasing options for new and pre-owned vehicles
* Daily follow-up of unsold, sold, and data mining customers
* Maintain a great customer satisfaction index
* Follow our professional dress code and behavior policies
* Bring your A game along with a positive attitude to work with you every single day.
* Generate at least 1 appointment per day
Qualifications
* Available to work flexible hours and weekends
* Ability to work in a face paced, performance based environment
* General knowledge of automobile makes, models, and basic components
* Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit required
* Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members
* Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
* Clean driving record and valid drivers license
* Ability to pass a drug screening and background check
* Previous automotive sales experience preferred but not required
