Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: San Diego, CA 92121 - Onsite

Schedule: 6:30am 2:30pm or 7:30am 3:30pm

Duration: Approximately 5 months

Pay: $24 per hour

Position Summary:


Manpower is assisting a client who is seeking dedicated Customer Service Representative to join the esteemed team.


Responsibilities:


The role of a involves effectively communicating our billing procedures with patients. Some of the responsibilities can include:

  • various financial options related to testing, including -pay discount alternatives and financial assistance.
  • for day-to-day requests from various departments, including Lab, Sales, Billing, and Client Services.
  • within a call-center environment and without direct face-to-face patient interaction. You will play a crucial role in addressing patient billing concerns and efficiently directing inquiries, before and after the completion of testing.
