We are searching for a Chef de Cuisine who would be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day optimal and efficient performance of the kitchen and assisting the Executive Chef.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a Chef de Cuisine capacity or for a similar caliber concept
- Must have 5+ years of experience in ITALIAN Cuisine
- Bachelor s Degree in Culinary Arts, or a similar subject
- Ability to utilize software programs such as (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint),
- Polished personal presentation;
- Attends and/or organizes meetings including staff meetings, leadership meetings, etc.
Responsibilities
- Maximizes profitability of the culinary department by implementing effective food
- Costs all recipes regularly to ensure profitability targets are achieved
- Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Manages Sous Chef, cooks, and porters in their responsibilities
- Hires, train, supervise, manage, coach, counsel, and evaluate culinary team
- Oversees performance review process for all culinary employees
