We are seeking a motivated and experienced Personal Lines Client Services Representative to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about insurance sales and enjoys building relationships with clients.
MUST HAVE P&C LICENCE
Responsibilities:
- Assess clients' insurance needs and provide appropriate coverage options
- Analyze insurance policies and provide recommendations to clients
- Process policy changes, claims, and other policy-related transactions
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving issues
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in insurance regulations
Experience:
-Experience in Personal Lines Account CSR within the insurance industry.
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients
- Understanding of personal insurance products, policies, underwriting guidelines, and coverage options
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in using insurance agency management software preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
Compensation:
- $45K-$55K
- Opportunity to earn commission if selling
Schedule:
- On- Site
- Mon-Thurs - 8:30-4:30 with 1 hour lunch and Friday 8:30-12
