Starting Pay $19 an hour. Hours are 5pm-3:30am (4 10 hour shifts) - Friday through Monday

Job Overview: Maintains cleanliness of the outside property, support with winter snow removal and traffic control as needed.

Preferred Experience:

  • Valid Class D driver's license is required with a good driving record.
  • Two years' experience in outside maintenance and/or landscaping to include experience with small-engine equipment such as a lawn mower or snow blower.
  • Ability to operate a forklift or skid loader or must be able to complete training to properly operate within the first 90 days of employment.
