As they continue to expand and disrupt the industry, they are seeking a talented Designer to join their team.
As the Lead Designer you will play a crucial role in crafting high-quality materials targeted at investors, ensuring their messaging aligns with their business strategy and financial goals. Leveraging your background in private equity (PE), investment banking, venture capital, or Software as a Service (SaaS), you will deliver compelling visual and written content that communicates their value proposition and growth potential effectively.
This role offers the chance to work closely with the leadership team, who have a track record of driving double-digit growth across multiple businesses. You'll contribute to a wide range of creative projects and have an opportunity to fast-track your career within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the CFO and other stakeholders to understand the company's financial objectives, market positioning, and strategic direction.
- Develop visually stunning presentations, pitch decks, and other materials tailored to investors, highlighting key performance metrics, market opportunities, and competitive advantages.
- Translate complex financial and technical data into clear, concise, and engaging content that resonates with both financial and non-financial audiences.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, marketing, and product development, to gather relevant information and insights for investor materials.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Design, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in a design or creative role, with a focus on investor relations, financial communications, or corporate branding.
- Background in private equity, investment banking, venture capital, or SaaS, with a solid understanding of financial markets, valuation principles, and investment strategies.
- Expertise in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch) and presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Keynote).
