? Abwicklung, berwachung und Reporting von Kundenauftrgen und Projekten hinsichtlich Einhaltung der Kundenanforderungen unter Beachtung von Terminen, Kosten und Qualitt
? Selbststndiges Erstellen von Verkaufsstatistiken, Prsentationen, Absatzstatistiken und Forecasts
? Direkter Ansprechpartner fr den Kunden und zustndig fr die Kundenkommunikation
? Eigenstndige Strukturierung, Verfolgung und Sicherstellung der internen Kommunikation hinsichtlich der Kundenanfragen
? Aktive Verfolgung und Aufarbeitung von Eskalationsthemen gemeinsam mit den Fachbereichen als Basis fr die regelmige Kundenkommunikation
? Pflege von Kundenstammdaten, Erstellung der Rechnungen und bernahme der Zoll- und Exportformalitten
? Schnittstelle des Werks zu den Sales Mitarbeitern der Organisation

? Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder Studium (vorzugsweise kaufmnnischer Bereich)
? mehrjhrige Berufserfahrung in hnlicher Position von Vorteil
? Gutes technisches Verstndnis
? Hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
? Sehr gute Kommunikationsfhigkeit, Problemlsungs- sowie Analysekompetenz sowie Teamfhigkeit
? Routinierter Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere Excel) und idealerweise Kenntnisse in SAP
? Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
