Renard s Cheese, a renowned producer of award-winning cheese, is seeking a dedicated Route Driver to join our team. We pride ourselves on our supportive work environment and opportunities for advancement. As a Route Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our high-quality products reach their destinations safely and on time. This position leaves from our Sturgeon Bay location and delivers to a verity of stores in and around the Milwaukee area. This is a part-time position that can be one or two days a week.
Responsibilities
Load, transport, and deliver products to various locations in and around the Milwaukee area.
Utilize hand-truck to move totes and pallets
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area
Communicate effectively with team members and management
Adhere to assigned routes while following time schedules
Review orders before and at time of delivery to ensure orders are complete
Stock and inventory product according to Renard s Cheese standards
Follow stock rotation guidelines to assure that destressed and close dated product is removed from the sales floor at the appropriate time to maximize product freshness and quality for our customers
Inventory and place orders for the next delivery
Maintain a professional attitude with sincerity and enthusiasm reflecting Renard s commitment to our customers
Accept, document and submit payments for delivered items
Abide by all transportation laws and maintain a safe and clear driving record
Report any and all problems immediately to the supervisor
Consistently communicate and model Renard s vision and goals
Other responsibilities as assigned by management
Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
Qualifications
Ability to lift 50 75 pounds
Valid driver's license
Excellent driving record
Dependable attendance and punctuality
