The Graphic Designer - Print is responsible for creating and developing The Beaufort Bonnet Company's presence in print by creating on-brand creative collateral for external marketing. The incumbent will primarily develop creative solutions to support strategic messaging and marketing objectives through visual branding, collateral material, print ads, publications, signage, etc.

  • Develop and manage the timeline, design, and delivery for T.B.B.C. catalogs, prospect mailers, and printed product materials.
  • Develop creative concepts that communicate the brand story through print materials.
  • Select imagery and write copy for all printed collateral, including but not limited to catalog, print ads, publications, thank you cards, and signage.
  • Collaborate with retail and wholesale marketing leads to design and deliver all branded print materials for wholesale accounts, signature stores, and corporate stores.
  • Partner with photoshoot team and creative marketing team to identify, propose, and implement new, forward thinking marketing content, tools, or strategy.
  • Execute high-res flat lays for use in various print placements.

Who we would like to meet:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in graphic or print design or related field.
  • Generally, 4+ years' experience in Retail Graphic Design/Illustration.
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Drawing/illustration skills.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Strong ability to assess production standards, timelines and quality of graphic art being produced.
