I'm working with an elite recruitment firm located in NYC. They're seeking Financial Technology recruiters to join their team. With a robust client base and a consistent influx of assignments from day one, this could be an ideal opportunity for a Financial Technology recruiter to join a very high earning desk in NYC.

My client's Financial Technology desk is inundated with mandates to deliver on, within the Hedge Fund, Asset Management and Investment Banking space. Placing C++, Python, Java and Infrastructure engineers.

With a current team of 5 servicing the desk, billing a minimum of $620,000 per consultant, there is still huge untapped billing potential within the team. Average company earners are taking home $300,000+.

Last year, 2023, 5 consultants under the age of 25 took home over $600,000 pre tax.

No business development required at all on this desk, come in from day one and deliver on their Financial Technology roles.

Key sectors covered:

Hedge Funds & Asset Management (C++, Python, Java, Low Latency, DevOps & Infrastructure)

Investment Banking & Private Equity

Trading & Broker Dealers

Their consultants typically bill between $600,000 and $800,000 annually, earning up to 60% of their billings. Many consultants achieve billing figures of $2 million and $1 million, reflecting a culture of high performance.

With the option to work hybrid, competitive salaries, and a strong client network, this is a direct plug in and play opportunity for a financial technology recruiter.

Their client base is predominantly in hedge funds, asset managers, prop trading houses and investment banks, with partnerships with top firms like Citadel, Hudson River Trading, J.P. Morgan, Barclays, and Morgan Stanley.
