**Job Description**

If you are an enthusiastic self-starter with a passion for selling and you enjoy working with customers, then we want you to be part of our team as an Automotive Sales Representative. Our sales team presents new and pre-owned vehicles to customers in an attractive and highly informative fashion that promotes a prompt sale and maintains an ongoing relationship with customers to encourage networking and repeat business.
The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, a positive attitude, a confident and outgoing personality, a professional appearance, great communication skills, and the ability to deliver world class customer service. Two to three years of sales experience (in any industry) is highly preferred. Candidates must be self-motivated with a willingness to continuously prospect to sell on an ongoing basis. We offer paid training.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
* Spends time with customers to determine their needs and discuss vehicle options
* Commits to becoming an auto sales expert and gains in-depth knowledge of vehicles and technology
* Conducts test drives to demonstrate industry leading features while ensuring all speed limits and all other rules of the road are followed
* Completes quotes and explains financing/leasing options for New and Used vehicles
* Follows up with prospective customers and returns email / voicemail
* Supports on-line customers by setting appointments
* Follows up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate leads
* Performs other duties as assigned
**QUALIFICATIONS**
* High school diploma or GED preferred
* Strong desire to succeed
* Experience working with customers and providing an exceptional experience
* Steady work history and the commitment to starting a new career
* Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a "people person")
* Basic computer, email, and internet proficiency
* Excellent appearance and strong verbal/written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Must be able to ask for the sale and follow through
* Weekend availability is needed as well as evening hours
* Valid U.S. driver's license
* Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check, DMV screen, and drug screen
