* **How to Qualify**. Minimum Qualifications:
+ **Degree/Education**: The HCW shall be a qualified registered nurse trained at an accredited Nursing Program, with an Associates Degree in Nursing or Bachelors in Nursing.
+ **Certifications in addition to Basic Life Support**: Shall have and maintain a current Basic Life Support (BLS). In addition, dependent on work location assigned, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), or Neonate Resuscitative Program (NRP), and STABLE Certificates may be required. HCW assigned to Inpatient Behavioral Health shall have and maintain Prevention and Management of Disruptive Behavior-Military (PMDB-M) in addition to BLS. Required certifications must be maintained at all times. BLS, ACLS, and PALS Certifications must be endorsed through either the American Red Cross or American Heart Association for Healthcare Providers. HCW assigned to Labor and Delivery shall have and maintain ACLS, Intermediate Fetal Monitoring, STABLE and NRP in addition to BLS.
+ **Experience**: The HCW performing services under this contract shall have a minimum of 1 year experience within the last three (3) years, which includes the care of adults and newborns.
+ **Licensure/Registration**: Possess and maintain a current unrestricted license in any of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands, and be able to obtain clinical privileges to individually practice medicine at IACH.
+ **Citizenship**: U.S. citizenship.
+ **Credentialing**: Ability to pass background check and drug screen. Current physical and immunizations.
* **Physical Requirements**: You must be on the premises to perform the job. The environment is fast-paced and multifaceted, with conditions and duties that can change quickly throughout a shift.
