Custodial/Light Maintenance Personnel
Premiere association Management Company is looking for a dependable person to perform custodial and light maintenance duties. Primarily, this position is outside, year-round, through all elements of weather. The shift includes weekend work. This is a temporary, part-time position.
Daily job duties and responsibilities:
- Cleaning pools, pool decks/area, pool furniture
- Custodial duties (i.e., cleaning bathrooms, mopping, etc.)
RequirementsRequirements:- Must be dependable
- Must be a self-starter
- Must be an independent worker
- Weekends required
- Must passbackground check and drug screen
Physical Requirements:Must be able to work in all elements of weather conditions, sit, stand, walk, kneel, reach with hands and arms, stoop, crawl, talk, hear, push, pull, grasp, use hands and fingers, have clear vision and lift up to 50 pounds.
