**Location:** Onalaska, WI

**Schedule:** 20 hours/week between Monday Friday, 7:00 am 3:30 pm

**Salary**: $16.00-18.50, merit increase eligible twice annually

**Purpose & Summary:** As a Recovery Specialist I for Dynamic Lifecycle Innovations, you will be asked to identify, process, and perform quality checks on all commodities prior to the finished goods process. In order to achieve this, an intermediate knowledge each commodity and how it relates to the shredding process is needed. You will be an integral part the miscellaneous electronics sort process, shredding sorting process and organizing the area will be a daily task. You will sort non-conforming materials from the shredded stream, presort lines, and be expected to demonstrate Dynamic Lifecycle Innovations core values daily. Recovery Specialists are responsible for maintaining the general upkeep of the department and assist other team members to be certain work conditions are safe, clean and organized. In this role, you will also be held accountable in making sure all of the area processes are completed at a timely matter and are being performed correctly.

Day to day tasks may include:

* Sorting and picking material from a variety of commodity streams

* Assisting with clean up and organization

* Problem solving to make the team more efficient

**Requirements & Qualifications:** To be eligible for the Recovery Specialist I role, candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent. However, we do not require any prior related experience. Candidates who stand out from the crowd may also have previous warehouse and/or production. Additional requirements include:

* Strong attention to detail

* Acceptable hand eye coordination

* Basic understanding and usage of hand tools

* Ability to maintain a high level of productivity while not faltering on quality

* Ability to differentiate and spot different types of product

* Self-motivated and team player

* Ability to exert 50 lbs. of force frequently, and up to 100 lbs. occasionally

* Ability to perform repetitive tasks
