Operations Manager

In-office expectations: 3-4 days a week
Responsibilities Summary:
- Oversee office operations, including staff management and task supervision.
- Design and implement operational systems for efficiency and revenue maximization.
- Ensure transaction accuracy, account maintenance, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Procedures:
- Revise and monitor internal and external procedures.
- Provide timely reports on firm operations and establish performance indicators.
- Implement process improvements and growth strategies.
- Collaborate with management on operational infrastructure.
- Maintain and update office procedures manual annually.
Staff Supervision and Training:
- Manage work delegation and provide feedback to support staff.
- Recruit, retain, and mentor high-performance team members.
- Set comprehensive performance and growth goals.
Technology Management:
- Enhance the functionality of technology platforms.
- Develop performance indicator dashboards.
- Address technology issues and facilitate training.
Client Service Oversight:
- Ensure regular client reviews and develop service models.
- Manage client advisory panels and address escalated issues.
Advisory Oversight:
- Explore expansion opportunities and oversee due diligence processes.
- Establish transition team and strategic alliances.
Marketing Oversight:
- Utilize social media and networking to enhance brand recognition.
- Expand public exposure through partnerships and marketing efforts.
CFO Functions Oversight:
- Review budgets, analyze expenses, and suggest cost-saving measures.
- Collaborate with accounting and executive management.
Required Skills:
- 10+ years management experience, preferably in financial services.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills.
- Experience in supervision and leadership.
