**SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT/DIVISION MANAGER - WESTERN RETAIL**

**MUST HAVES**

* Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Business Administration or Bachelor of Science degree preferred

* Minimum of 10 years of mortgage operations experience

* Knowledge of all areas of retail operations: set-up through funding

* Working knowledge of investor requirements and product guidelines

* Knowledge of Non-Conforming, FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA, and USDA guidelines

* Sound technical skills with the aptitude to learn/navigate loan origination software and other technologies

* Able to read and interpret various loan documents such as promissory notes, regulatory and legal directives, and other loan documents

* Able to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and provide information to resolve the situation

* Prior experience in managing staff and communicating with other managers to ensure a productive staff

* Experience in multi-state lending platforms

* Familiar with regulatory requirements and able to effectively communicate those requirements to staff

* Able to interact with diverse teams across the enterprise to affect process improvement and to ensure compliance

* Proven leadership skills, with emphasis on collaboration, solution-based analysis, organization, and time management

* Able to apply basic math; calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages

* Basic computer skills required: word processing, Excel spreadsheets, email, and mortgage software

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**

* Provide oversight of Retail Fulfillment and successful Sales Partnership including the overall profitability of designated Retail Fulfillment Center(s)

* Responsible for the delivery of outstanding customer service as well as the salability, insurability and overall underwriting quality of loans closed by the company

* Oversee all functions of retail operations to make sure files pass through set-up/processing, underwriting, doc drawing, and funding as efficiently as possible

* Manage retail operations team to including coaching, mentoring, training, reinforcing turn times, holding team accountable to expectations, and maintaining morale, workload balance, and team communication

* Proactively manage the Fulfillment Center (FC) pipeline to ensure regulatory/policy compliance, and delivery of service level standards, including rate lock, warehouse bank requirements and loan delivery commitments

* Evaluate complex loan scenarios, loan applications, inspection reports and financial reports to assess financial risk, including reporting potential fraud to EVP of National Operations

* Implement strategies to support/achieve FC profitability goals

* Analyze, correct, and maintain Fulfillment Center financials; controlling expenses associated with Fulfillment operations

* Ensure company Quality Control (QC) policy and quality standards are met, reviewing, and communicating QC findings and implementing cures when necessary

* Oversee collateral packages and ensure delivery to warehouse bank

* Work with National Operations team to effectively improve processes and increase work effectiveness

* Partner with Sales in the recruitment of new branches by participating in on-boarding, training, and branch support

* Partner with Divisional Sales Leader to the grow the retail channel and train staff on FC systems and sales expectations

* Support sales staff; regularly meet with sales managers and to review relationships and quality expectations

* Other duties and/or mortgage related tasks as assigned by management
