As a member of the Replenishment team, the Replenishment Associate verifies the inventory quantity for each product is adequately maintained to ensure that our production team can successfully fulfill our customer orders.

- Competitive Hourly Rate - $16.00
What you'll be doing: - Monitor inventory levels of grocery and produce items and replenish stock as needed to ensure shelves are adequately stocked.
- Address replenishment needs as they arise.
- Conduct regular quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards for freshness and quality.
- Maintain a safe, clean and well-organized warehouse environment, including proper storage of products and adherence to safety protocols.
- Coordinate with warehouse team members and supervisors to prioritize tasks, communicate inventory needs, and address any issues or concerns that may arise.
- Keep accurate records of inventory levels, replenishment activities, and any discrepancies or issues encountered during the replenishment process.
What you have: - Authorized to work in the United States.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately track inventory.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems.
- Able to lift up to 50lbs repeatedly without or without reasonable accommodation.
- Comfortable working in a refrigerated environment (36 degrees) for the duration of your shift.
Nice for you to have: - HS Diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish)
- Experience working in a food based environment
