You will partner with management to understand the current and future workforce needs and determine the strategic direction and objectives of the recruitment department and the over-all company needs. Growing team members to excel in their positions and beyond6+ years recruiting with focus on government contracting, particularly within DoDA passion for developing ingenious solutions to complex recruiting problems.Strong understanding of social media, outreach campaigns, events, and other strategies to find unicorn candidatesExpertise navigating compliance mandates like OFCCPEOE Minorities/Women/Disabled/Veterans/Gender Identity/Sexual Orientation or EEO M/W/D/V/GI/SO-
