**Position Title: Bulk Sales Support Specialist**

* Independence, OH

The Bulk Sales Support Specialist will be responsible for managing all financial, commercial, contractual and some administrative aspects of the Bulk Sales Process. The position requires an analytical professional that is well grounded in commercial transactions and finances related to the sale of bulk gas products, along with customer service and problem management.

In particular, you will:

* Maintains a high level of internal customer service by assisting sales force in review, analysis, generation and submittals of capital requests.

* Creates and manages the contract routing and maintenance process for sales, including accurate database maintenance.

* Completes customer first fill monitoring as well as coordinates responses for contract cancellations- including kicking off renewal efforts.

* Administratively assists in prospect monitoring in Salesforce.com to include opportunity generation/tracking, renewal, campaign administration and follow-up.

* Generates and manages active at-risk lists and coordinates strategy with assistance of Bulk Sales Manager.

* Actively manages competitive information and prospect process and stage movement along with Bulk Specialists in Salesforce.com to prepare monthly and quarterly active prospect reports and long term funnel.

* Produces sales and margin analysis, as well as usage reports to specialists on an adhoc basis, utilizing data available in BW (Business Warehouse) and in SAP.

* Prepares business review and performance reports for Bulk Specialists to use in sales and renewal strategies.

* Manages customer disputes and resolving customer issues with pricing.

* Maintains customer contact list and coordinates non-price increase related mailers/emails.

* Lead/manage hazardous delivery site process and resolution with Bulk Specialists

* Actively manages technical services billings process.

* Other duties/projects as may be assigned.

**Qualifications**

* Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related area of study preferred. In lieu of degree, consideration may be given for up to 4 years of relevant work experience.

* Two years in a customer service and/or sales related role required.

* Prior experience with SAP preferred.

* Excellent customer service & communication skills.

* Working knowledge of Google Suite, Salesforce.com and SAP preferred.

* Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals; Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percents.

* Ability to work independently and under some pressure to meet deadlines.

* Demonstrates a clear and effective speaking manner for the purpose of explaining information to customers and employees and strong customer service skills.

* Detail-oriented.
