**Customer Service Representative**
Windsor Locks, CT Aiello Home Services has been in business for over 80 years. Through those years it has diversified into one of the largest home service companies in Connecticut. The business has grown from one employee, to more than 80 home services professionals.
We are a continually growing residential HVAC, Plumbing & Electrical company looking for qualified Customer Service Representatives to schedule all inbound and outbound service requests. Our growth plans require dedicated people who want a career and are willing to be part of the reason the company sees growth. It's a challenging, exciting, and fun opportunity. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, task oriented, and customer service focused. Full-Time position available with a generous starting salary.
**Hours:**
Saturday/Sunday - OFF
Monday - Thursday - 10:30am-7pm
Friday - 2pm - 10pm
**Duties:**
* Schedule and qualify all inbound service requests.
* Outbound customer satisfaction follow up phone calls.
* Various administrative duties, ex. filing, scanning, etc.
* Any coordinating work within the department which may be beneficial to the success of the business.
* Educate customers on products such as maintenance agreements, indoor air quality, and high efficiency equipment over the phone.
* Outbound phone calls to confirm all appointments
* As needed, outbound phone calls to fill gaps in our technicians work schedules
**Qualifications:**
* Be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends
* A consistently positive attitude with the ability to deal with change on an on going basis.
* Must be a TEAM player.
* Able to handle a multi function telephone system.
* Exceptional telephone communication skills in relating to customers needs, wants and concerns.
* The ability to educate customers over the phone
* Be able to handle a fast paced environment.
* Be able to handle multiple functions at a time, ex. typing and talking on the phone in unison.
* A minimum of two years experience preferred but not required.
* Complete computer skills with the ability to type 50 words per minute or more with very little error, if any at all.
* The ability to learn quickly.
