What s the job?
NOTE: This Opening is for the SECOND SHIFT with standard operating hours from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM
- organize and execute the production of scheduled roofing lines.
- with scheduling to adjust production needs which have changed.
- technical questions on how to produce specific products.
- with Human Relations concerns of employees, paying close attention to safety, productivity, and morale of the work group.
- and make adjustments to insure safe operating conditions and safe behavior.
- production reports for work completed.
- wage changes to insure employees are paid correctly.
What do you bring?
- school education with two years of college in Business or Production Management
- years of work in manufacturing plant with multiple product lines.
- years of supervision with crews of at least 10 people.
- years of experience in asphalt roofing manufacturing environment or any other type of industrial manufacturing environments
- ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
- knowledge is preferred.
