Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as an Independent Sales Representative at FSC Financial Group LLC. As an Independent Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new sales opportunities, and achieving sales targets. This role is located in Diamondhead, MS, with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales or a related field
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Recruit and Lead a team of independent sales representatives
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Proficiency in using CRM software
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
Relevant sales certifications or qualifications are a plus.
