Our client located in St. Charles, IL is looking for a Payroll Administrator to join their team:
Responsibilities:
- Will handle end to end payroll for several facilities in multiple states
- Responsible for weekly and bi weekly payrolls and reporting
- Run payroll for 5 different divisions and 2200 employees
- Put in place best practices and streamline processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree preferred
- 3+ years of progressive HRIS experience
- Previous experience with union payroll desired
- ADP WFN required
- Ability to work fully onsite
