We are an innovative organization seeking a talented self-starter who can effectively generate insights and move projects forward in collaboration with senior leadership.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaboration with & support of Directors, COO, & CEO on projects/analysis across all facets of the restaurant and real estate businesses. Projects range from:
o Store-level and Property-level Financial Analysis and Insight Reporting
o Development of New Corporate Initiatives/Business Segments
o Analysis of Ongoing Restaurant Operations Metrics
o Restaurant and Non-Restaurant Real Estate Acquisitions & Analysis
o Creation/Maintenance of Restaurant and Professional Development Training Materials
o Tax Analysis
- Work with senior leadership to develop actionable business plans, ensure communication to various departments, and establish tracking and reporting mechanisms
- Preparation, research, and review of presentations and analysis.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2-5 years of experience in Banking, Investment Banking, Private Equity, or similar field
- Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, or other relevant field, MBA preferred
- Ability to collaborate with senior leadership to assess quality of materials and fit with organizational priorities
- Needs to be a self-starter with a strong work ethic, organizational/prioritization skills, and attention to detail
- High-level attention to detail and organization skills, with high presentation and communication standards
- Excellent interpersonal skills, and effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as effectively and efficiently within a team environment
