Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Office Manager at Adora Aesthetics Medspa located in Ellicott City, MD. The Office Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office, including maintaining office supplies, coordinating appointments and meetings, handling customer inquiries, and assisting with administrative tasks. The Office Manager will also be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow, maintaining a professional and welcoming environment, and providing excellent customer service.


Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred - Proven experience in office management or administration - Excellent organizational and multitasking skills - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Professional and friendly demeanor - Prior experience in the healthcare or beauty industry is a plus "
