Role Description

This is a part-time or full time on-site role for a Hearing Aid Specialist or Audiologist at 3D Hearing, Inc. Beltone Waldorf located in Waldorf, MD. This person will be responsible for assisting clients with hearing aid selection, fitting, and maintenance. They will conduct hearing tests, provide personalized recommendations, and ensure client satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Valid certification or license as a Hearing Aid Dispenser, Hearing Instrument Specialist or Audiologist
• Experience in conducting hearing tests and fitting hearing aids
• Knowledge of different types of hearing aids is helpful but training can be provided
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to provide personalized recommendations
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Customer service-oriented mindset
