Sidewalk Tractor Operators
On Call
The City of Laconia Department of Public Works is seeking individuals to operate the City's sidewalk tractors clearing snow from sidewalks. Hires will be called in by public works to respond to snowstorms. Personnel in this position will work for the duration of the storm as well as assist Public Works in cleaning up after the storm. The number of hours worked depends on the duration of the snow fall and snow accumulation from the storm. Typically, Public Works ensures all sidewalks have been opened as part of response to the storm and then plans final clearance of the sidewalks to occur during work hours. A driver's License is required.

Salary: $17.00 per hour
