Pact-One is a growing Dental MSP (Managed Service Provider) whose main drive is to provide the best possible IT experience for our small/medium size Dental clients. We are looking for a full-time Tier I technician to join our team with at least 1 year of technical experience.
Your Position
As a front-line resource for clients you will interface directly at their dental practice locations. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities are a must along with the ability to develop and maintain client relationships. When not needed in the field, it will be a remote-at-home role servicing clients.Experience in the IT sector is important, but our Core Value: Do the Right Thing, Think Team, Humble, yet Hungry, Never Give Up! are also just as important. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
A variety of maintenance, software installation, end-user support and training to ensure end-user workstations and network performance meet company and user requirements.Working with our management team remotely, Desktops, Active Directory, Windows Servers, firewalls, backup systems, anti-virus, and email.Manage, resolve and track Help Desk user tickets.Other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GEDAbility to lift 50 lbs1-year relevant experience in Desktop and Server knowledgeDemonstrates an aptitude and capability to learn basic computer networking skills.Demonstrates intermediate Windows operating system skills and can troubleshoot various system issues.Documentation of ticketing, following processes and procedures in an organized fashion.Works well in a team-oriented environment.Previous support/help desk experience is a plus.Demonstrates good written, verbal, and phone communication skills.Proficient in speaking and understanding English.Demonstrates basic application skills - knows MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.) and can perform all basic functions within these applications.Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug test.May undergo an online assessment.

Full-time, work hours are Monday - Friday 7 - 4.
