We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to join a busy start up team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales deals. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about technology sales and enjoys building relationships with clients. Our client specializes in cutting-edge technology in the payments industry.

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating and nurturing leads within the payments industry, setting up product demonstrations, and supporting customers throughout the sales process. You will also provide product support and assistance to our customers, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. Your strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with merchants, ISOs, and partners will be key to success in this role.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in inside sales, preferably within the payments industry or a related SaaS field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers in the payments industry.
  • Experience with product demonstrations and the ability to explain complex concepts related to payments technology in an easy-to-understand manner.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools specific to the payments industry.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet when addressing payments industry-specific challenges.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • A proactive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service within the payments sector.
