As a Construction Materials Team Leader, you have no problem successfully navigating competing priorities. You will be part of a dynamic, growing, and energized team - and your role is key to the success of ECS. While your job duties may fluctuate day to day, here are some areas we expect to see you proficient in:
* Managing and scheduling technicians
* Safety management and training
* Managing equipment
* Providing assistance to the CMT Project Managers and Department Manager
* Communicating with technicians, project managers, and general contractors
* Field and laboratory testing and observations: soils, foundations, reinforced and post-tensioned concrete, masonry, structural steel, fireproofing, and asphalt pavement
**What We're Looking For**
* High school diploma; BS in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited university preferred
* 6+ years of relevant experience
* Nuclear gauge and basic concrete and soils certifications
