Ground Up Construction Recruiting has partnered with a leading general contractor in Omaha, NE on their search for a Senior Project Manager.

They specialize in interior renovations of Class A offices and other commercial buildings. They do about $65M in revenue per year with the average project being $1.5M.

• $110k - $140k salary
• $750/month vehicle allowance
• 4 weeks of PTO
• Medical, dental & vision insurance
• 401k + match

This GC has long-term relationships with some of Omaha's most prestigious organizations. The person who fills this role will first and foremost be a builder with a proven history of delivering successful projects beyond on-time and on-budget. The successful candidate will:

• Have proven experience in interpreting architectural plans and specifications, and developing construction documents utilized by a commercial general contractor
• Possess strong conceptual estimating experience, and have the ability to develop and write scopes of work and proposals
• Be able to develop and manage a critical path schedule
• Be efficient in planning, directing, and coordinating activities of self-performed crews and subcontractors
• Enjoy developing and maintaining strong working relationships with clients, developers, architects, designers, subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders
• Value a strong work ethic, commitment to excellence, and personal integrity
