**Service Call Center Representative Monroeville**
This position offers a base hourly rate of pay PLUS an incentive bonus! Full benefit package offered to include medical dental and vision, company paid life insurance and short-term disability, 401k with company match and paid time off in first year of employment!
Responsibilities for this position include:
Generate and Coordinate Service Appointments using approved scripts
Enter data regarding calls and internet leads into computer system
Conduct Phone Surveys
Follow-up on "no show" appointments
Respond to Internet Leads
Be Proficient and Professional with Customers
Effectively utilize software, Phone Systems and Appointment Management Tools
