Be part of our Financial Service team for the Mt. Airy Casino! This role assists the management team with training, monitoring, and coaching the Financial Service Center Cashiers. If you like providing excellent customer service and detail-oriented work, this is the role for you.

Need to be able to work 5 shifts a week, any day of the week. Overtime is available. Location Mount Pocono, Pennsylvania (Mount Airy Casino) Compensation $15/hr Reporting To Financial Services Supervisor Department Booth - FinTech Operations Employment Type Full Time ** Key Responsibilities**
* Assists Financial Service Center Management with training, monitoring, and coaching Financial Service Center Cashiers (FSCC).
* Trains new employees on the techniques of Financial Service Center functions, acting as mentor and monitoring accuracy during training and introductory periods.
* Processes check cashing, credit and debit, and other Everi transactions in accordance with casino contract and established procedures.
* Responsible for balancing cash transactions and maintaining proper control of all assigned funds.
* Assists with assigned daily activities, such as safe counts, equipment checks, and cleaning of Everi equipment and work areas.
** Skills, Knowledge, & Expertise**
* 1-2 years of large volume cash handling ($10,000+) experience in a casino, banking or retail environment.
* Demonstrated strong customer service and interpersonal skills required.
* Experience balancing and controlling assigned funds.
* PC Skills: Experience using personal computers and MS Office applications, especially WORD and EXCEL / Ability to use a 10-key a plus.
