Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Must have 3+ years of experience with general contractor working on ground up Light Industrial/Distribution Center projects.
- Experience leading with over 15M+ project/s.
- Day-to-day oversight of the job.
- Helping with creating the schedule and management of subcontractors.
