Position Summary:
The Warehouse Clerk is responsible for maintaining an accurate inventory on all components and material at Bracco Medical Technologies (BMT) Eden Prairie facility in accordance with the ERP system, BMT/ACIST Medical Quality Systems, Standard Operation Procedures (SOP), Work Instructions (WI), and Bills of Materials (BOM). The Clerk is responsible for assuring transactions are complete and reporting on the accuracy of the inventory state (cycle counting) as required, maintaining inventory accuracy, assisting with material retrieval and involvement in the planning and organization of warehouse set up.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Perform timely transactions online for parts issued and transferred between locations, complete production orders, and receive/post finished goods utilizing ERP/MRP system
Perform routine inventory and cycle count adjustments
Maintain the point of use (POU) routes and material replenishments in a timely manner.
Identify, research and problem-solve quantity discrepancies between inventory locations, both on-site and off-site at third-party logistics partner facilities
Record and monitor all items with shelf-life considerations daily, and notify appropriate personnel when material is approaching expiration or has expired
Provide feedback and support training efforts for ERP system work instructions
Participate in cross functional meetings to help coordinate material flow
Work with supervisor to create efficient material flow within the warehouse to support floor operations (organize, map flow).
Safely operate forklift in daily tasks.
Understand and comply with the company's Quality Policy, ESD precautions, and OSHA guidelines as applicable
Participate in continuous improvement by assisting Bracco personnel with process, documentation and material improvements

Required Skills
Minimum:
High School diploma or equivalent
1-2 year's inventory control experience utilizing an ERP system
1-2 year's Warehouse Clerk or similar related experience
Moderate level of computer proficiency including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and MRP Systems and database systems
Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Procedures (GMP's), ISO regulations, and Quality Systems as it pertains to hardware manufacturing at Medical Device Manufacturers
Demonstrated ability to follow instructions, including manufacturing processes, work instructions and SOP's
Advanced problem solving skills, including ability to troubleshoot inventory discrepancies
Ability to maintain accurate documentation (e.g., record trace ability information onto routers, and transact materials online). Must be able to demonstrate attention to accuracy on all duties and responsibilities
Ability to analyze and define problems, prioritize work flow, multitask, meet deadlines and remain flexible
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to maintaining positive interpersonal relationships and foster cooperation within and outside the department
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
This position requires the physical ability to lift and package assemblies weighing up to 45 lbs

Fork truck experience
