**Description**

- Salaried Position - Work Life Balance - Family Culture - Competitive Wages - Incredible Benefits Package This critical role requires a highly detailed and organized individual who will closely interact with KPG customers to process orders (manually and via EDI), arrange for transportation/shipping of product, and act as a liaison to customer service, ultimately overseeing the end-to-end customer experience needs from order entry to shipment and delivery. **Primary Responsibilities**

* Enter all customer orders received via e-mail, fax, phone, and EDI

* Answer customer inquiries via e-mail and phone

* Contact customers regarding order modifications

* Interact with Quality and Production departments evaluating productivity of manufacturing and inventories in the warehouses to determine product availability for shipments and assign ship dates based on this data

* Evaluate all open orders and ship dates on a daily basis and move ship dates as needed to ensure all customer orders arrive as requested

* Initiate rush order shipments by evaluating product inventory levels and selecting a shipment location to best meet the delivery date

* Resolve all customer concerns by independently ensuring product shipments, authorizing returns, resolving damages and issuing credits

* Ensure all customer order requirements are met, including but not limited to, interfacing with customer specific software applications to obtain and enter PO information, pricing, delivery requirements, special pallet and/or placard labelling requirements

* Manage off-site product terminals and warehouses by evaluating inventories and placing product orders as needed

* Provide back up to the other Order Processing staff as needed

* Manage price rebate process for select customers by maintaining accurate sales records and requesting monthly and quarterly rebates

* Responsible for support coordination in managing the customer remittance, Debit and Credit processes internally

+ involves allocation of funds to customers, whether additional charges or refunds are allotted, requiring diligent review, preparation, and routing for approvals (short pay processes)

* Manage export orders by creating pro-forma invoices, coordinating with production and freight forwarders for pick-ups, communicating all shipping details to customer, including tally of containers, lot numbers, bag counts and seals

* Additional duties as assigned

**Education & Qualifications**

* Associate Degree preferred

* Microsoft Excel Skills Charts & Graphs

+ Pivot Table experience a plus!

* Demonstrated Team Player

* Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics AX a plus, but we are happy to train the right person!
