QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience designing projects reviewed by California's Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development (OSHPD) required.
- Proficiency in Revit required.
- Experience with AutoCAD highly preferred.
- Familiarity with building codes and standards required.
EDUCATION:
- Professional Degree (B.Arch or M.Arch).
- Licensure in California strongly preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and manage Healthcare projects of varying sizes, from feasibility through construction administration.
- Interface with clients and consulting teams.
- Coordinate design and production across all project phases, including schematic design, design development, and construction documents.
- Assist with bid period and construction administration services, including site visits and coordination.
