**Job Details**

We are looking for a experienced sous chef (working saut station, managing staff, placing orders, and good time management) for busy, fast paced Sicilian restaurant. Must be energetic, ambitious, and responsible.

Must work everyday(M-F), evenings and weekends

Duties include:

Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies

Prepare food for service(e.g. braising and prepping all hot food )

Everything in house is homemade from the bread to the gelato so time management is key

Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff

Trains and helps others

Clean up station and take care of leftover food

List inventory appropriately

Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality

Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
