Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh, IN **Build the Future** McGraw Hill India has an opening for a **Sales Manager- BD (Pan India)** for **Higher Education Division**. The main purpose of the role is to increase the adoption base of MHE HED products in selected Universities and Institutes pan India, with a core focus to grow Institutional and Adoption based sales. Reporting of the work done in the assigned territory needs to be accomplished via our CRM tool. This position must be based in **Noida (HO).** **What you will be doing** Develop in-depth knowledge of MHE Higher Education products and utilize this knowledge to successfully establish MHE products and learning solutions to new and existing customers in assigned territory. Create and execute a sales plan that meets or exceeds established sales quotas and supports Company revenue and profit targets. Meet regularly with existing and new customers to understand their evolving business needs and position product solutions to meet surfaced needs. Develop business through B2B and B2C segments. Build long-term, productive, and mutually beneficial relationships with existing and new customers. Maintain consistent communication and timely follow-up with customers and channel partners and be available and responsive to their real-time needs. Work effectively with internal support departments (Marketing, Product Development) to promote sales for new and existing customers to maximize product visibility and revenue generation. Complete sales activity reports and presentations in a timely manner. Creating New Customers for MHE Products and increasing our market share. **The ideal candidate will have** Bachelors Degree is mandatory, preferred to have masters in STEM or marketing. 10+ years of relevant experience in Sales/Product preferably in the education industry (Higher Education segment) Strong experience and knowledge in the publishing/learning science industry Ability to travel within assigned territory This position requires a comprehensive knowledge of the publishing process including editorial acquisition, product development, sales, and marketing. Demonstrated success outlining and implementing the strategic vision for growth Demonstrated ability to drive for results while maintaining good relations with internal and external customers.
