**Salary: Up to 28Kpa depending on experience**
A successful Hotel in Kent is currently recruiting for a passionate Head Chef to join their kitchen.
They have a newly refurbished restaurant and bar and pride themselves on serving a variety of freshly prepared dishes to suit everyone. As Head Chef you will have knowledge of all the sections and be looking to influence each of the areas.
**Responsibilities:**
* Day to day running of the main hotel kitchen
* Responsibility for rotas and payroll management
* Responsibility for holiday management
* Assist in developing new menus and processes
* Train and develop the kitchen brigade
**The Person;**
* Previous experience as a Head Chef is preferred
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* A robust leadership style that inspires others
* A creative eye and passion for food
* Positive can-do attitude with enthusiasm
* Consistently professional, friendly and attentive
This role is working 40-48 hours per week and will include evening and weekend working.
