Established in 2001, Adina Reyter is a leading luxury jewelry brand renowned for its timeless and wearable designs. The Production Manager will work cross-functionally to ensure seamless communication and processes between the Design/Development, Operations/ Inventory Management, Site, and Sales teams. The role will manage workflow, factory relations, production protocols, inventory flow, and channel distribution.
The Production Planning Manager will partner with the Shipping and Operations Manager and the Site and Omni-Customer Experience Manager to ensure seamless team collaboration, communication, cohesion, and strategic growth.
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years experience in production in the fashion industry, fine jewelry experience strongly preferred, and an understanding of raw materials costing, especially in the fine jewelry sector. This role will be looked to for excellent analytical and communication skills. Must have strong Excel background and be detail oriented.
Duties and Responsibilities

- Daily communication with factories
- Sampling and production order placement and management
- Monitoring production timelines and calendar, ensuring on time deliveries
- Quality control management and overseeing quality checking team
- Processing factory returns and repairs reporting
- Sourcing and vetting new suppliers
- Production forecasting
- Inventory reporting and management
- Maintaining product catalog and bills of materials
- Analyzing and negotiating factory costing and developing pricing and margin strategies to bring product to market
