**Night Shift Manager**
Night Shift Manager **Job Location:** Cheshire **Location:** Cheshire area
**Salary:** 30,000
**Summary:**
Night Shift Manager Sunday Friday
This is a dynamic, fast moving and highly pressurised operation with stringent timescales and high customer expectations. Candidates will need to have gained logistics operational experience within a similar environment, parcel industry or mail/secure mail services.
If you are a motivated and enthusiastic individual who has experience of working in a similar role where security and the provision of a first class customer experience is paramount, then we would very much like to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure health & safety is maintained for the site on a nightly basis.
* Ensure 100% pick accuracy at all times.
* Maintain stock integrity by constantly checking locations, report any damages and dealing with any anomalies.
* Supervise the night team and be point of contact in depot manager absence.
* Ensure correct handover is given to the AM supervisor.
* Maintain a clean and efficient warehouse at all times.
* Report and deal with any accidents whilst on shift.
* Conduct performance reviews.
Key Skills/Experience:
* Proven ability to motivate and lead the night shift team in a FMCG environment
* Good communication skills
* Excellent time management
* Must be computer literate
* Attention to detail
* Capable of handling heavy/bulky items
