Our CT Restoration & Construction Project Managers assist our customers with everything from residential repairs/remodels, flood & fire repair, water mitigation, roofing repair & installation.The CT Restoration & Construction Project Manager should have experience in general construction with knowledge of restoration construction.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:The following statements describe the principal functions of this job and its scope of responsibility but should not be considered an all-inclusive listing of work requirements.Assemble detailed and accurate project estimates.Job site visitsCoordinate subcontractorsMaterial selectionsQuality controlMeet job deadlines.Deliver exceptional customer service.Simultaneously oversee multiple residential & commercial projectsManage high risk and complex projects.Communicate professionally with customers, subcontractors, and insurance companies.Provide technical explanations to clients, adjusters, consultants, and others.Coordinate job starts and schedule appointments with customers and clients.Coordinate work duties with subcontractors and field personnelProvide constructive feedback and direction to complete tasks on time and within budget.Secure applicable permitsMeet with inspectors as required.Coordinate after-hours emergency services as directed, including board-ups, water damage, fire and smoke damage, and vandalism.Stay up to date with the accident and injury policy and incident reporting procedures.Implement site-specific safety plans.QualificationsQUALIFICATIONS:Ability to build and maintain long term professional relationships.Ability to manage team members and sub-contractors in a fast paced and challenging environment.Track record of successfully managing construction projects with a well-defined timeline and budget.Ability to work with minimal supervision and self-motivation to complete tasks.Ability to multitask with strong organizational skills.Must be a positive representative of the company and support the company's core values.Must be able to communicate effectively.Must have a passionate and persistent attitude.Must have the necessary computer skills.JOB DETALS:Full time positionSome weekends when needed.Location: Lubbock, TXWHAT WE OFFER:Comprehensive training, mentoring, and leadership developmentComprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, & life insurance401(k) plan with company matchPaid vacationUniformsEmployee discountsCompany gymPAY:Pay: Base pay starts at $40k - $50k with commission earnings up to $100kCarpet Tech is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
