We are seeking a skilled Commercial Assistant Property Manager to join Colliers Wisconsin, a market leader in real estate services. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of commercial properties, ensuring excellent tenant experiences and maintaining high property standards. Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage tenant move-in and move-out procedures
- Respond to tenant inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and contractors
- Develop budgets, establish and manage annual property operating expenses
- Ensure regular property maintenance and repairs are conducted in a timely manner
- Perform routine inspections of properties to ensure compliance with property standards and regulations
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on property performance, including expense, income and leasing data
Requirements - Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate or related field
- 3+ years of commercial property management experience
- Active WI Real Estate Salesperson License
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of property management software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven ability to manage budgets and understand financial reports
- Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands
