Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Associate Attorney. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks related to employment law, including legal research, providing legal advice, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in court. This role is primarily located in Roseville, CA, with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of employment law and labor laws
• Experience providing legal advice and representing clients in employment litigation
• Excellent research skills
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Admission to the California State Bar
• Experience in a law firm specializing in employment law is a plus
• Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are a plus
