We are looking for a multi-faceted pastry chef who is looking to grow a multi-unit award winning specialty restaurant group as an Executive Pastry Chef!

The Executive Pastry Chef is an essential member of our family and of our Management Team. We are dedicated to providing exceptional quality, service and creativity to our guests and employees. We are looking for individuals who possess a high level of attention to detail and a strong work ethic. The ability to multitask and prioritize is also essential for this position. We also want individuals who want the opportunity to excel with ultimate creativity and passion!
Candidates should have experience with pastry, gelato, and ideally candy and chocolate.
Successful candidates will be a willing team player who enjoys pushing the creative envelope, designing both tasteful and beautiful (Instagrammable) desserts. Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
Providing and supervising the day-to-day pastry and desserts for multiple specialty establishments.
Service Passion
Contribute to our environment with a positive and friendly attitude
Communicate with team members to ensure the highest level of personalized service
Preferred Qualifications And Skills
- Supervisory and management experience is required and culinary qualifications are essential.
- Previous experience in a similar environment Michelin or James Beard recognition is a plus.
- Second language preferred but not required.
- Strong leadership, training, motivation and communication skills.
- Candidates must like to work hard and have fun while creating memorable desserts
