We have a process where you will update them every business day throughout the process. It s important to note that the type of people you are working with are often distressed & emotional, hence why they contacted us looking to sell their home rather than list It themselves. Some clients will try to cancel their contracts, some clients will get challenging to work with, particularly when you have to share information they aren t happy to hear. A key responsibility for you is to be able to calmly and firmly control the situation at all times without breaking rapport.Responsibilities:Onboarding new clientsUpdating clientsAsking for contract adjustments from clientAddressing objectionsAsking department heads for updatesQualifications:Proven track record you can demonstrate to us of dealing with difficult people & tense situations, successfully that had a major outcome at stake, for example: Selling a home or other high ticket item, working for a suicide hotline, being a first responder or police officerAbility to live our 3 core values Overcommunication, speed & improvementStrong understanding & familiarity with USA cultureHome office without interruptionsAbility to work Monday to Friday 8am 5pm MSTFast internet ability to do Zoom meetings & call clients without interruptionsAbility to use technology without issues (Podio, Smartphone, DocuSign, etc.)Exceptional grammar.
