Job RoleYour responsibility will be to efficiently and consistently manage the sales, admin, customer service, stock and operational functions, in order to achieve budgeted contribution by exceeding the needs of their customers through cost-effective and innovative operational management.Key accountabilitiesTo achieve all budgeted Sales and Profit targets through the efficient use of resources.Optimise costs whilst achieving high productivity standards and meeting service level commitments.Perceive the wider business impact of issues and generate alternative approaches to problems.Seek out business best practice and implement where appropriate.To communicate ideas and facts honestly, clearly & persuasively and build productive relationships with colleagues both internally and externally.To focus on the customer and find ways to meet customer needs by converting strategy into practical day-to-day activities andfulfil and exceed business and budget requirementsTo be aware of all issues relating to Health and Safety, Environmental and Transport and act accordinglyTo ensure that the day-to-day operation meets ALL legal requirements.To sum it up, your role will be to run the branch in a profitable way that includes all recruitment, retention, sales, visiting customers face to face, making sure that the branch becomes a top performer!This is a great, genuine opportunity to join a company where you can progress into a Regional Director within a number of years.
