Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Miami, FL for a Salesperson. The Salesperson will be responsible for meeting with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing product recommendations, generating leads, preparing quotes, and closing sales. The Salesperson will also be responsible for maintaining customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in sales or customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of the construction industry and familiarity with doors and wall paneling is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
- High level of English language level is required
- Spanish speaking is a plus
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This position is full time. On average the Team Member will work 40 to 45 hours a week. Could possibly work on a weekend or respond to phone calls or emails in the evening.
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment as The Door District is committed to an in-person culture. Office operating hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00am - 5:00pm. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets.
